The Deciding Oracle
Delete your account
- Open the app and sign in to the Google or Apple account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Account and sync.
- Select Delete account, confirm, and complete the reauthentication step with Google or Apple.
Your app account and synced data will be deleted from our servers. Related history, questions, usage counters, and settings on the current device will also be deleted.
For accounts that use Sign in with Apple, the Apple name and email address attached to your app account are deleted with it, and the app revokes its access to your Apple account. You can also stop using Sign in with Apple for the app in your Apple Account settings on the device (under Sign in with Apple; the location may vary by iOS version).
App-account deletion does not refund or delete store transactions, purchase ownership, or evidence cached on your device. Server purchase-check records are not linked to an app account and become eligible for automatic deletion 90 days after the last check, with possible delays. Purchases belong to the store account that made them, so after deleting your app account you can still restore them with the same store account, whether you sign in to another app account or stay signed out. Contact support if you need assistance with purchase data.
Unlocked-pack state and some operational information that contains no account content remain on the device until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Service providers may retain security logs or backups under their own policies.
If you cannot access the app, use the developer support details on the App Store or Google Play listing to request assistance. Never send a password or payment information.
